Jeopardy! round review:
WHAT WOMEN IN FILM WANT
CONSTELLATIONS
THE COUNTRY’S MAJORITY RELIGION
ENDS IN “O”
FOOD STUFF
A LITTLE DAD’LL DO YA

For this episode, I can assure you that how the players pick the clues on the board is a product of chaos theory. According to chaos theory, how will a situation will resolve will based on the initial position. The game started with the religion clue, so I’m pretty sure that’s why this episode is a chaos, a divine intervention.

Late into the game (after 14 clues of that were randomly picked,) Raf found the first Daily Double behind “CONSTELLATIONS” for $ 600.

She wagered $ 600. Not really a great wager. Why? Well it’s a cliff hanger wager. Why only $ 600? Why don’t all the way to $ 801 if you’re not confident but want to take the lead. This blog always promotes the ‘binary $5 or True Daily Double’ attitude on Jeopardy! Round, so a $ 600 is a bad one.
Clue: This constellation's second-brightest star, Shaula, is also known as "the Stinger
                Raf: What is Scorpio?
Correct answer gave him second place.

Despite not in the lead, we believe that Brennan will win the episode (or at least, with the lead at the end of Double Jeopardy!). The reason is because Brennan is superior to both Raf and Batya when it comes to Buzz Rate and Precision Rate.

We started the round with “BROADWAY MUSICAL BY SONGS”. Unlike previous time, we actually managed to clean it before moving to another category. The category is owned by Brennan and Batya. Poor Raf.
We then moved to British history. Raf found the first Daily Double behind the $ 1,600 clue.

We’d like to throw the ‘Clavin’ flag here. Overbid. $ 500 seems like good call here. But we can’t really scold him for the $ 2,000 wager.

                Craig: What is rum?
The correct answer gave her the $ 11,400 lead.

Batya had a projected score of $ 11,400, that’s what we predicted. We also predicted that Brennan will be around $ 17,700.That’s $ 6,000 difference. Remember that we always advocate “$5 or the maximum wager,” here. $ 5,000 is close enough to $ 6,000. So it was a brilliant wager.

Sometimes it’s the irony of first place and second place. First place can’t wager a lot but second place can. First place can’t profit with the Daily Double (except if you’re Roger Craig) but second place can use Daily Double like a maniac.

It’s like making an ‘all-in’ call at a game of Poker. Easy when you’re last place, hard when you’re the big stack.

                And yes, she was rewarded.
Clue: Reflecting its precious resources, it was the colonial name for what is now Ghana
